Give me a read-only login and I'll go through your whole account: things you're paying for and not using, cheaper options, discounts you haven't switched on, old data on pricey storage, and anything risky. You get a clear, prioritized plan.
In the AWS Console, go to Billing, then Cost Explorer, then New report.
Set the last 3 months, monthly, grouped by Service. That's it.
Click "Download as CSV" and upload it above. Nothing sensitive leaves your hands.
